Ham burger

Ham Burger

Step 1:Toast your burger bun at 200c in oven 
Step 2:Add your onions, 2 tablespoon of crumb bread, 1 egg, all spices & salt then mix your mince around for 5 - 8 minutes
Step 3:Shape your patty into a ball and flat down using your palm
Step 4:Fry your patties until they are cooked 



Top Bun
1 - Lettuce
2 - Tomato 
3 - Patty 
4 - Mayo 
5 - Cheese
Bottom Bun

Macaroni Cheese

Macaroni Cheese
Step 1:
Boil macaroni with water 2 1/2 cups of cold water until it is soft

Drain with cold water using the colander 
Dice your onions 
Chop up your ham
Warm up your pan 

White sauce
Step 2:
Fry the onions & ham until it is soft and then add 2 tablespoons of batter
Add 1/2c of of plain flour stir for 5 minutes 
Add 2c of milk plus water until it is thick like gravy from KFC
Add macaroni and top up on cheese

Chicken stir fry


At the start of the day our first period was cooking so when we arrived we straight away got into our groups and grabbed the equipment and ingredients we needed.( knife, chopping board, oven, wooden spoon, chicken, onion, zucchini, carrots and mushrooms )
First: Slice and diced the chicken
Second: Slice and diced the onions
Third: Fry the onions then add your chicken
Four: Dice the carrot
Fifth: Slice zucchini
Sixth: Slice mushroom
Seventh: Add to the frying pan and stir for 10 minutes 1/4 c of flour
Lastly: Serve
