Chocolate cake

Step 1 - 1 1/2 c of Self rising flour (All in one bowl)
Step 2 - Add 1/2 c of sugar, 2 tsp of cocoa 
Step 3 - Next add 1/2 c of milk
Step 4 - Then add 1/2 c of oil
Step 5 - After add 1 egg to your bowl of ingredients
Step 6 - Add 1 tsp of vanilla
Step 7 - Mix all the ingredients well then pour your batter into a baking tin (Butter baking tin)
Step 8 - Lastly put your baking tin into the oven & bake for 30 minutes

Nacho

Step 1:Dice the onion and fry until it is soft, add the mince and fry together
Step 2:Add spices and bake beans onto your mince
Step 3: Add half of your cheese into the frying pan when your mince is cooked
Step 3:Serve on a plate with Doritos chips top up with mince
Step 4:Enjoy your nachos

Beef Soup

Step 1:Dice the meat & boil it with salt & onions until it is soft, add 2 cups of water.
Step 2:Add cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes & boil for 10 minutes
Step 3:clean & serve the soup
Step 4:Enjoy

Banana Cake

Step 1: Cream 1 cup of sugar & 3 Tsp of butter
Step 2: Add 1/2 cup of milk, 1 egg, 1 tsp of vanilla essence, 1 mash banana
Step 3: Add 1 1/2 cup of Self rising flour, and 1 tsp of baking soda
Step 4: Mix well and back 180*c for 30 minutes
Step 5: Enjoy

Ham burger

Ham Burger

Step 1:Toast your burger bun at 200c in oven 
Step 2:Add your onions, 2 tablespoon of crumb bread, 1 egg, all spices & salt then mix your mince around for 5 - 8 minutes
Step 3:Shape your patty into a ball and flat down using your palm
Step 4:Fry your patties until they are cooked

1 - Lettuce
2 - Tomato 
3 - Patty 
4 - Mayo 
5 - Cheese
Bottom Bun

Macaroni Cheese

Macaroni Cheese
Step 1:
Boil macaroni with water 2 1/2 cups of cold water until it is soft
Drain with cold water using the colander 
Dice your onions 
Chop up your ham
Warm up your pan 

White sauce
Step 2:
Fry the onions & ham until it is soft and then add 2 tablespoons of batter
Add 1/2c of of plain flour stir for 5 minutes 
Add 2c of milk plus water until it is thick like gravy from KFC
Add macaroni and top up on cheese

Chicken stir fry

At the start of the day our first period was cooking so when we arrived we straight away got into our groups and grabbed the equipment and ingredients we needed.( knife, chopping board, oven, wooden spoon, chicken, onion, zucchini, carrots and mushrooms )
First: Slice and diced the chicken
Second: Slice and diced the onions
Third: Fry the onions then add your chicken
Four: Dice the carrot
Fifth: Slice zucchini
Sixth: Slice mushroom
Seventh: Add to the frying pan and stir for 10 minutes 1/4 c of flour
Lastly: Serve

Volcanic Eruption

Today my class and i did an experiment on vinegar, water and red dye. First we had to get our equipment and ingredients which was a measuring cylinder, test tube, conical flask, vinegar, water (5 ml) and red dye. Next we got our measuring cylinder and added out 5ml of water into it after that we mixed a drop of red dye into the water. Finally we got a spoon full of vinegar and mixed it together with the ingredients and boom we made our own DIY volcanic eruption.

DLO - How to write a paragraph

Today my Buddy Samuel and I did a DLO about how to write a paragraph. The first thing you need in your paragraphs is a topic sentence. After doing that you then you start your main paragraphs where you should be elaborating. Then your last paragraph is your conclusion which is your closing sentence.

Teacher Strike Infographic

Today we finished our infographic and it is about the teacher strike. The teacher strike is a really important topic because it is about the teachers not getting paid enough so we used our statistics and put it into a graph to show our percentages. Prototec

Today i played prototec and it was really easy. As i keep doing this everyday i feel like i am improving a lot i went from having a score of 78 to 97 so i am really happy with the results i have gotten. if you would like to give this a try click this link and it will take you there.

Teachers Strike

Today we wrote something that will be taking place on 15 the August which is the Teacher strike. All the Teachers around NZ will be coming together and forming a strike against the government so they can get a higher pay rise, smaller class size and teacher funding. If you have not heard where this will be taking it will be at Queens Street, Auckland city so come and support.

Dlo - Collaborative Mystery Solving

Today my Buddy and i did a Dlo about Collaborative Mystery Solving this is such a good math exercise because sometime we accomplish some math problems that we didn't know. It was a challenge for me and my buddy because we were getting mixed up in doing it but we managed to get but on task.

Charity box name was called Drug Rescue and it mean to everybody out there doing bad things to stop before you end up in a bad place. 

Darkened Veterans Day - Collaborative Mystery Solving

Today I did a DLO that my Teacher gave me it was about Collaborative Mystery Solving and I did it with a group. This Task was really easy because the clues were pretty easy to find so it gave us a bigger chance on getting the stealer. Overall this task was really fun and I hope we get to do it in the future.

Today I played a game called Online Dictionary game and it was quite different to all of the other games I have played in the past. This is a really cool game idea and it was really fun i learnt a few new things from this game. This game is based of reading and then when you think you got the right answer then you click on the dictionary in the bottom right and heaps of words will come up and you will have to try and get the right answer you can get multiple chances and there are Eight levels you have to pass.

Scavenger Hunt

Last Week my class and I did a Scavenger Hunt and it was really fun and extremely hard. This was such a great math exercise because we would go site to site and we also learnt some new stuff like who built the first bungee jump in New Zealand and much more.

Why do people visit New Zealand

Today we were trying to figure out why people from other countries come and visit New Zealand. We came up with a few reasons why people could come here. They could come here for the Culture, Events, Attractions, Places and maybe they come to work we never know.

Cyberbullying

Yesterday a person named Annie came to our school to teach us some things about Cyberbully. The tips she gave us really helped us because if we ever decide to do cyberbullying then we could think of what she said and stop.
